I would like to sincerely thank you for the meticulous job you displayed during our recent home inspection. This is the second house I have owned and the third home inspection I have requested. Your prices are extremely reasonable, especially when your attention to detail is taken into consideration. You were on time and your reliability was obvious. You portrayed an outstanding ability to answer all of our questions in a very precise manner. Your on-line evaluation report is the best I’ve ever witnessed. You will continue to forever be our home inspector for as long as we are in the Lawton, OK area. You are held in the up most regard of my family and I. I have nothing but a good to say about Southwest Home Inspections, Floyd is very professional and courteous. He is willing to go over and above his duties to make sure that the job is done right. He made a special trip to my Realtor to deliver the inspection report when the server went down and I wasn’t able to print it off of the internet. After calling him, he arrived at the Realtor’s office within minutes with two hard copies and a CD copy in his hand. The Reports are very detailed and professionally done. I would absolutely use this company in the future for all of my home inspections.

I want to take this opportunity to personally thank you for the professional job you conducted while inspecting my home. Your thorough knowledge of the home inspection business left me with a great feeling of knowing a honest and true professional had gone through my home. Your prices are the most competitive that I was able to find in all of Lawton. One of the things that impressed me the most about your services was; you gave me the exact time that you would be at my house to start the inspection and you were 2-3 minutes early (GREAT); you told me the exact time that you would be finish with the inspection and you finished approximately 5 minutes early (GREATER). You did not leave until you had answered all my questions and addressed all of my issues and concerns. You immediately provided me with an on-line copy of the inspection with photos included; I had never seen this type of service before (AMAZING).
You will be my home inspector the next time I move/buy within 2-3 years and I will highly recommend you to any person buying a house in the state of Oklahoma.

My husband and I bought our first home this summer. We chose a house that was still under construction and thought because it was brand new we wouldn’t need a home inspection. On the advice of our family and realtor we contacted Southwest Home Inspections. Floyd Smith was at our new home the next day. The inspection was so thorough that he was able to leave a list of items the builder had overlooked and I would have never of noticed. All of the items were addressed prior to my closing. He found some structural problems and talked directly with the building contractor and explained all the issues on my behalf. Because he was unable to complete his inspection due to the home being unfinished he returned the next week at no cost to me and completed his inspection. Several items had been corrected and he re-inspected these areas as well. Mr. Smith was very conscientious about his work; he delivered my copy of the inspection the next day and emailed a copy to my husband who had been deployed overseas. I will not hesitate to contact him in 4 or 5 months to do a follow up inspection prior to the expiration of my builder’s warranty. I will highly recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors.
