About Me
I am a Twenty-one year, two time Gulf War Veteran, retired Master Sergeant out of Fort Sill, Oklahoma. I have spent the last 21 years crafting the “attention to detail” in all areas of inspection while in the military. Now I’m providing a Home Inspection Service that makes other services seem outdated. I have over 20 years of home repair and maintenance experience. I am specifically schooled trained for Home Inspection from the Charles Barnes School of Real Estate and Appraisal- Home Inspector Course, Midwest City, OK. I am part of an elite group that has passed the National Home Inspector’s four hour exam during the first sitting. I am also one of the select few that has passed the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) exam the first time. They have a 68% failure rate for inspector trying to become members.
My promise is to provide you with an unbiased inspection so that you can make an informed decision. Whether you are buying, selling, building a new home or just have a problem that you need a second opinion on, you need a trained eye for them all. I have that eye and will provide you with ALL of the information concerning the inspection results.
Finally, I want you to know and understand that codes are only the MINIMUM standards of construction and installation. So if it doesn’t meet the minimum standard (the code) then what does this say to you? Although Home Inspectors are not Code Inspectors, I am very familiar with and have a copy of all the required code references for the State of Oklahoma. Every city in Oklahoma is different in one way or another when it comes to what they have adopted for codes. Some cities have amended the state adopted code to conform to their area. Ask the builder, realtor or other inspector if they know this, because it does make a difference in who you hire.
